I served a 5 year apprenticeship with Spicers Ltd and during my working life have undertaken gilding work for major card manufacturers such as Spicers Ltd, Wiggins Teape, John Dickinson & Sons and Baddeley Bros.

The majority of the work which I receive consists of stock cards. However, any special orders of up to 2000 cards can usually be completed in one day.
